Everyone's a publisher, right? Social publishing tools make it possible for every client to create their own branded content. Sadly, these initiatives can flop if they're not backed up with an end-to-end content strategy. Enthusiasm for a regular publishing process gives way to the realities of timelines and budget. In this session, we'll use hands-on exercises to show how to plan for effective, compelling content and to ensure it can be maintained over time.
