We're Using Best Practices... So Why Aren't We the Best?

A session at Creating High Performance Organizations for the New World

Monday 28th February, 2011

5:00pm to 6:15pm (CST)

High performance organizations who will be market leaders in the New World do not use Best Practices (practices created in the PAST that are relevant to yesterday's challenges and are already in use by many of the organization's competitors). Tomorrow's high performing organizations will be the best at what they do because they're developing Next Practices TODAY and deploying them BEFORE ANYONE ELSE DOES. This presentation will walk the audience through a specific process that will allow them to develop their own Next Practices back at the office and answer the one key strategic question that all organizations must answer ... "What do we need to be doing TODAY in order to ensure that we will be where we WANT to be, and NEED to be, tomorrow in order to be a sustained high performance market leader in the New World.
