Introducing UX to Organisations: It's About Organisational Culture & Decision Making

A session at 2011 Balanced Team Conference

Saturday 24th September, 2011

11:30am to 11:40am (PST)

Large organisations are (typically) their own worst enemies; crippling potentially great products with dysfunctional processes & decision-making. Embedding UX practice is not simply a matter of focusing on deliverables. Instead, Alison will consider how far into an organization's culture 'agile' thinking needs to permeate, as well as how agile/ux principles can be applied across organisation departments to break down departmental silos.
