Are your volunteers just clocking in and clocking out each Sunday? We will explore ways to help volunteers grow in their relationship with Jesus and be re-energized to serve in your ministry. You will examine reasons for burn-out and apathy in volunteers, dig into practical ways to help your volunteers prepare their hearts, not just the lessons, and get effective ideas to train, motivate, and encourage your volunteers for their personal
spiritual growth.
