Panel discussion

A session at BUG: What clients want from UX professionals

Wednesday 21st September, 2011

6:45pm to 8:30pm (GMT)

A panel of people who hire UX professionals - as agencies, as freelancers or as staff - will discuss their view of the industry as customers.

The panellists will give an outsider's perspective on UX professionals and the work we do.

Why do they procure UX services? What do they think of UX professionals? How do they make their choices? What do they think UX professionals could do to improve their services?

Often, we only get to ask these questions in the guarded atmosphere of a pitch or job interview. This session should be a chance to hear candid answers and to understand how UX professionals can better design their services to meet the needs of their clients.
