With the introduction of Google’s Recipe View earlier this year, microformats suddenly became incredibly important to food bloggers. If you don’t use microformats for your recipes, then your blog most likely won’t show up in Recipe View searches. But what are microformats, and how do we use them for our recipes? This session will discuss what microformats are, explain the code that’s needed to integrate them into your recipes, and introduce several plugins and other resources that can make adding microformats to your recipes far easier.
