A session for startups and entrepreneurs to organize their online activities in order to help grow their businesses. We do a lot of activities online but how many of them actually impact increasing sales? What does being on Facebook have to do with getting customers to buy our products and services?
We'll learn through peer leadership how our company actions look to other people and find ways to serve the people who want to patronize our businesses, and through that service, increase business. We plan to actually get things done *while we're in session* so bring your laptop/tablet. We'll supply paper/PDF worksheets too.
