Too much email? Track your project, app and team with Twitter!

Email overload for developers can be so aggravating that we spend hours every week just figuring out which emails can be safely ignored. At ZeroTurnaround we use Twitter to keep tabs on the product, app, team and business activity using an OSS solution/approach Twaves. It took us less than a week to put it together and it improved background communication sharing and helped spike conversations. Twaves has stopped several failures from happening already, and we’d like to share our experience and code so that you could deploy a similar solution in less than two days. The talk will include live coding demos to help you get a feel of the solution complexity (or rather simplicity) and demonstrate the benefits at the same time.
