My talk is on how digital media advances have made financial planning more effective for the adviser and the client. It will cover, how we use digital media to interact with the client on general matters leaving the space for face to face meetings to be used for the important decision making meetings. It will also give information on how I hope the mediums we use will be come more important and where companies are lagging behind.
Lastly it will focus on the coming challenges and how digital media will help meet them.
