• Designing for Windows Phone 7

  There are thousands of apps for the current smartphones; hopefully soon for Windows Phone 7 too. It's striking, that these applications often offer a small dedicated solution to a very specific problem, rather than looking at the broader picture. Take 'travel applications' for example. You have many apps for busses, trains, trip planning, flight schedules, traffic information etc. All separate applications to help you to get from location to location by means of one type of transportation. What if we combine all this information in one app? I'm here and want to go somewhere, how can I do so in the most efficient way?
  During Design by Fire Café #008 Floor Mesters will discuss an app design using the design principles of Microsoft.
