This session will feature what we've discovered to be some of the most compelling “surprises” to enterprise voice architects and will highlight how IBM’s offerings differ from traditional telephony vendors’ UC solutions. Additionally, we'll cover what customers should expect when working with system integrator and will give the audience the knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of SUT with voice architects in their company. Actual customer examples include; a legal entity that was able to avoid a significant telephony infrastructure investment, a healthcare firm that sees SUT as the next step in their collaboration roadmap, and a customer service organization that is moving to home-based workers and Linux desktops.
