Add an eventTraining Day

Obtiva is presenting a one day training the day before before MWRC at the downtown Hilton. The classes are taught by Noel Rappin, author of the upcoming Rails Test Prescriptions book. It includes the courses "Improve Your Ruby Skills", and "Get Started With TDD in a Legacy Environment".
