James Marwood is a self employed management consultant based in Farnborough. For the past 12 years he has worked across a number of industries, usually around IT-based change. In his limited spare time he teaches self-defence, researches Victorian-era martial arts and argues with people on the internet.
James will be talking about how to close the gap between two parts of the organisation who often don't see eye-to-eye.
Business and IT can sometimes have a strained relationship, with frustration and poor understanding on both sides. Why is this? What can be done about it?
