    The venture capital markets made a roaring comeback in 2010 with 2,799 deals attracting $26.2 billion investment (11% increase from 2009), although median deal size for 2010 dropped to $4.4 million (from $5 million in 2009).

    Our panelists will debate the strategy's they deploy to support their portfolio companies while delivering expected returns to their investors. They will examine methods of managing their portfolio companies, discuss the influence of the recent crisis on their approach, and explore innovative approaches to building successful companies.

  • International deal flow and going global

Armed with knowledge and experience in international finance, human resources and capital markets, these globe-trotting VC's have first hand knowledge in taking a company global.

    This panel will look at the venture capital industry from a regional and global perspective and attempting to discover what having an international edge means to investors and entrepreneurs.
