Opening Keynote – Steph Gray

A session at Are You Afraid of IT?

Friday 25th February, 2011

10:20am to 10:50am (GMT)

In a nutshell, Steph advises on how social media can help public sector organisations to communicate and collaborate more effectively online and offline, and finds opportunities to put in place the training, tools and guidance for civil servants to use social media constructively. Today, he’ll talk about digital innovation for people with more sense than money!

Steph Gray, as far as we know, was the first person in central government employed to deploy and embed social media skills and techniques across the organisation. He is now Director of Helpful Technology Ltd, a digital innovation agency, helping clients to use digital tools and techniques to work more effectively and save money.
