Data persistence is not enough. People using your software increasingly have multiple devices including both iOS and Mac OS X. It would be great if you could make your app's data available across all of their devices so they can focus on what they want to do rather than on which device has which data. Until now this has been strictly a roll-your-own situation where you'd need to take responsibility for creating and maintaining a data syncing infrastructure. Services like Dropbox help but don't provide true syncing. With iCloud Apple handles these details for you and your users. This session will cover syncing data with iCloud with an emphasis on using iCloud with Core Data.
