Pulse News, a beautiful mobile application that allows you to read your news visually, was developed by young Stanford graduate students. Started off as a class project, it now has a solid presence on both iOS and Android platforms.
A year has passed since the release of Apple's iPad. With it, new opportunities for developers, content publishers, and entrepreneurs, have clearly emerged. We now have a proven market for a third type of mobile, Internet-enabled device - more intimate than a laptop and more expansive than a smartphone.
