According to a recent data forecast by BIA/Kelsey, social ad spending is expected to reach $4.8B in 2012 and set to explode to close to $10B by 2016. Marketers need to understand how to effectively target and engage social consumers, how to hold a conversation with their customers and respond to feedback, and how to integrate social across broader campaign efforts.
