Archtober Building of the Day: East River Waterfront Esplanade

8 October 2012 from 12pm to 1pm

Currently in read only mode, sorry about that, please try again in a few hours.

The East River Waterfront Esplanade Project is the first constructed phase in a series of esplanade and pier projects along the East River in Lower Manhattan. After years of community outreach, planning, design, and now construction, the highly acclaimed Pilot Project and Pier 15 phases revitalize a once neglected segment of urban waterfront and reconnect residents, visitors, and workers alike with much needed public open space.

Join Ken Smith, ASLA, and John Ridenour of Ken Smith Landscape Architect for a tour of the East River Waterfront Esplanade.

Reservations must be made in advance
