Distributed version control is a modern way to manage the code and configuration of a software application. The effective application of DVCS provides another tool that can help teams become leaner in there goals and respond to change in a more agile way.
This session covers some of the aspects of how development teams in Atlassian made the change from centralised version control using subversion, to distributed version control using Mercurial and Git.
