This session will focus on identifying the core value proposition of a creative business. will discuss how to translate it into the creative business’ marketing strategy, pricing methodology, customer service and corporate structure. Sean will lay the foundation by
describing how most creative businesses operate today, and where your business sits. He will then identify some of the opportunities for change that might be available to you given advances in communication and technology.
