Delivering on Distinctiveness: It’s the Implementation that Really Counts

A session at CASE Europe Annual Conference 2012

  • Simon Donoghue

Wednesday 29th August, 2012

2:00pm to 3:30pm (GMT)

In the quest to be distinctive, real success will only come when institutional strategies point in the same direction. But the vast majority of higher education strategies remain on the shelf because implementing them is just too hard. Strategies are only successful if they engage colleagues and stakeholders in the rationale and the delivery. So how do you link strategy and distinctiveness to allow our complex institutions to thrive? This session will look at how to make the difficult possible.
