Consumers are changing the way they consume content. Every 60 seconds, there's over 600,000 status updates on Facebook, 6,600 images uploaded to Flickr and 600 videos uploaded to YouTube (Source: Google). Social has created a need and demand for fresh, engaging, relevant and real time content from brands. The question is - How are brands dealing with this new wave of content marketing? Or in fact - are they dealing with it at all? Bian Salins, BT's Head of Social media Innovation looks at the rise of social content and how some brands are making the most of this opportunity.
