Operation Cowboy London

Mapping America one drink at a time.

24 November 2012

Operation Cowboy is an OpenStreetMap event to try and increase coverage of the United States. People the world over will be working furiously to try and make OpenStreetMap's US maps better than ever: finding and fixing "map bugs", drawing new stuff on the map from satellite imagery, researching places and improving metadata.

It's not just for experienced OpenStreetMappers, anyone who is interested in learning how to map is welcome.

We're looking for sponsorship to pay for drinks during the event.
