In social media, there is no one recipe for success nor one dish that will please all palates. So, brands need to stay on their toes and continually innovate and improvise when they’re using it or they’ll get burned. In this workshop, we’ll talk about how to develop those skills. Working in teams, you’ll take some basic ingredients (logo, colors, tagline, etc.) for a brand and then quickly cook up content and engagement approaches for a range of different social audiences and scenarios. You’ll leave the session with a better understanding of how social media gives us a 360-degree view of a brand, helping us discover, not only how it should look, but also how it should feel, think, sing and play.
