The Art Doodle Live App encourages children of all ages to create their very own paintings alongside works by classic and contemporary artists by dropping images of artworks onto a mobile canvas and painting in, around and over them. Using Togeva’s innovative Live Sharing(TM) mobile platform, multiple children can paint on one canvas simultaneously, meaning that groups of children can collaborate on the same painting even when they are not together!
The App has been designed as an educational and inspiring way of introducing children to the works of some of the world’s greatest artists, many of which are only available on Art Doodle Live. Art Doodle Live was built by Togeva for the Bridgeman Art Library.

The world is changing and moving away from copper to fibre optics. New technology means that we are now able to deliver data speeds of over 100mb to businesses and homes. There will be hands on demonstration of optical fibre splicing and fusion. This will show how fibres are joined together using a sophisticated machine that precisely aligns and then fuses the fibres together to create the new network.
Students make an app that is pertinent to their love of fashion or sport or a favourite band or actor… the possibilities are endless. Students become creators of technology, not just consumers. Every student leaves with a huge sense of achievement, having been able to produce something tangible they can share with others.

TESTIMONIES is an art project led by the artist Lorenzo Belenguer that records Londoners’ personal stories and expectations about the 1948 Olympic Games and the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. It aims to empower conversation about this historic event, to compare with the 1948 Olympic Games and provide a legacy. The project will be broadcast around London in the format of video installations during the summer of 2012.Lorenzo and Emilie Giles, the Social Media Coordinator, are inviting everyone at Digital Shoreditch to see a preview of this and experience the project through an installation.
Social media is a huge part of the project as TESTIMONIES also collects stories over Twitter, Facebook and Vimeo. As part of the Identity day we are inviting people to give us their testimony through a video interview which will be uploaded to a bank of stories told by those who have participated in the project. Testimonies can be tweeted using the hashtag #ThisIsMyTestimony London and we also invite you to leave your stories on the TESTIMONIES London Facebook wall. More information can be found on www.LondonersTestimonies.com

PR = media coverage = buzz and excitement = curiosity = interest = sales Quite simple really! We are a B2B technology PR consultancy – experts in bringing tech start-ups into the public eye. But why is PR important? As above, PR creates rapid sales interest amongst early adopters and beyond, but it also brings your ideas to the attention of potential investors. Bob Dearsley, Founder and Chief Exec of ITPR, will host a discussion on promoting tech start-ups in the media, the tangible benefits of such activity and the pitfalls that many ambitious tech start-ups suffer in their PR and marketing strategies.
Questions answered : How can I promote my business in the early days, even when I haven’t got any customers yet? My idea is really rather technical and complex – can I still get the media interested? Which media should I target and with what sort of material? How can I get the attention of insanely busy journalists? How can I promote my business specifically to attract investor attention? I’ve secured a community of early adopter customers, but how do I move my product into the awareness of the mainstream? How do I make sure my media coverage actually creates sales opportunities? What role does social media play in all this?” “What value is rich content – videos and infographics rather than the written word”
As it becomes easier to operate online, so the number of websites increase dramatically. Your unique message is lost amongst the thousands of all too similar brands, sites and background noise from Twitter and other social networks of all competing for business.

The challenges of digital transformation (small and large) can be paralyzing.
We’ve worked with businesses across all sectors and sizes and we can quickly assess how digital they need to be to keep up with change and stay fit for the future.
Most look at digital in the context of communications and marketing. The problems and potential that impact business growth are much broader.
We are different. We assist businesses in understanding what digital means for them. We focus on your business and audiences not campaigns.
Come and join us to discuss, debate or even solve how digital can enhance your business. Or how to help your clients make sense of digital.
Sample questions:
Digitisation? Digital transformation? What can it do for my business? Where do I start?
How do I meet short term goals whilst developing a longer term vision?
How do you find the specialist skills you need?
How is digital impacting the way we work (beyond marketing and social media)?
How do you join up digital and the real worlds?
