Witness some amazing magic tricks and explore the maths and computing secrets behind them. Mathematics and computer science are behind today's technological wizardry, and help us understand our own brains! Peter McOwan is both a scientist and a magician, and he will be your guide to the secret world where science and conjuring meet.
Peter McOwan is currently vice principal for external partnerships and public engagement and professor of computer science in the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science at Queen Mary, University of London. He is a co-director of Computer Science for Fun, the UK's largest free initiative to interest young people in computing.
