In this session we will integrate and re-purpose technological tools for students to engage in problem solving and to be creative mathematical thinkers. Autograph, Notebook, ActivInspire, TinkerPlots, Fathom, GSP, Response devices, document cameras, interactive whiteboards, netbooks, tablets - this milieu of tools allow the teacher and learner greater flexibility and fluency to be original thinkers. The tools selected and the strategies implemented set the tone and direction of learning. How can students effectively use tools to be more creative with the mathematics rather than with the technology?
