In recent years the standards for the quality of digital experience have dramatically increased. People who use applications or services or visit websites want experiences that not only satisfy functional objectives but also meet emotional needs. And the experiences that are winning in the marketplace seem to have one thing in common – they are elegant. The logical systematic approaches that have been perfected by those creating commercial websites and applications have done a great job meeting the functional requirements but are challenged moving beyond that. This talk will focus on what is being done at Adobe to start to bring a little elegance to our products.
