Leading organizations use strong performance metrics aligned with the business strategy to drive process improvement initiatives and demonstrate the value received. The necessary “triad of good metrics” to achieve this value are the right metrics; good use of the performance metrics; good data to support the metrics. In this interactive workshop, participants will learn how to:

Use performance metrics to:

  • Define, align, and drive process improvements
  • Demonstrate the value delivered by process improvement initiatives
  • Prioritize process improvement investments by evaluating projects according to their strategic value
  • Increase the credibility and use of performance metrics
  • Assess and refine current performance metrics
  • Improve process improvement initiatives through data quality and automation

Upon completion of this session, participants will learn:

  • How to use specific performance management tools to focus process improvement initiatives
  • Three steps to take to increase the quality of metrics
  • Three steps to take to increase the quality of data
