What few realize is that geographical liberation is a double edged sword. The freedom to work from anywhere, with anyone, can make both teams and individuals more disposable. In this session Dan explores the day-to-day techniques that keep remote development teams working well together. He will also discuss how simple changes in communication can keep clients in other timezones impressed and continuing to want to work with you.
