Flavonoid Time! (an Anti-Cancer-Cooking-Class)

This workshop will offer a brief overview of the different Г«schoolsГ­ and approaches to anti-cancer cuisines, followed by the preparation of a simple anti-cancer meal. Chef Michelle Fuerst will lead the cooking portion of this workshop, using affordable and portable cooking equipment such as camping gas stoves and electric plates. This workshop is also related to one of da CostaГ­s other current projects entitled The Delicious Apothecary
