The future isn't what it used to be. Innovation in mobile device form factors and industrial design has flatlined. But there is a revolution of connected devices coming that promises to break up this innovation logjam. Daniel Appelquist is an American Ex-Pat living in London. He's a father of two and husband of one. He works for BlueVia (a unit of Telefónica Digital) where he heads up Product Management. He founded Mobile Monday London, Over the Air and the Mobile 2.0 conference series. He is an advocate for the open Web and for Web Standards.
