What do web, social media, portal, digital/interactive signage and mobile have in common? Content! As devices and technologies are introduced into the online environment, content must be delivered to these platforms. Too often, these systems are managed independently. This creates overhead, confusion and content duplication; resulting in inconsistent messaging and consumer frustration. Web professionals should consider extending the efforts of content management to develop a framework that integrate such technologies; thereby ensuring content is delivered and managed properly across browsers, devices, systems and platforms. During this presentation, we will discuss content strategy, information architecture and other items to consider when building your content delivery framework.
