Every school uses email to communicate but how do you do it in an engaging and cost effective manner? At UCF, we redesigned our daily email that goes out to 100,000 people from the ground up, from content to delivery. In the process, we learned that the three things you need to engage your recipients are good content, solid delivery and relevant feedback, and you don’t have to have teams of writers, dozens of servers or expensive third-party marketers to put together great emails that your students, faculty and staff will want to read. You can do it by knowing your audience, using existing content, and leveraging new cloud offerings -- and we can show you how.
