沪JS 2012

A Conference For The Chinese Javascript & Node.js Developer Community

14 16 September 2012

沪JS 2012 is a three day conference and hackathon focused on Javascript and Node.js technologies. This developer focused event will bring together notable figures from the Chinese and international Javascript communities to share their knowledge and passion for Javascript. The conference will be held in Shanghai from September 14-16.

The conference has three main goals. The first goal is to bring well known figures from the international Javascript community to China to present on deep technical topics related to Node.js and client-side Javascript. The second goal is to connect Chinese Javascript developers with that international community and break through the barriers of language to share technical knowledge and personal passions. Finally, the third goal is to provide a time and space for over 200 Javascript developers to hack on open source projects with their international peers, focusing on translating documentation, improving support for internationalization, and sharing ideas for the future of those projects.
