Over the past year, the way Google evaluates and ranks websites has radically changed. The numerous search algorithm updates ("Panda Update", "Freshness Update", "Page Layout Update"), Google Plus and the phenomenon of social search invading organic results has led to a complete shift in the way sites are ranked. Many companies have failed to adapt to this change, losing traffic, customers and revenue.
The objective of this course is to teach you how to take advantage of these changes to get more traffic. Students will learn about the new Google standards, what's working today and what does not work anymore in the realm of SEO. Students will aslo gain insight into the cutting edge of SEO and what it takes to get your site ranked. Beginners are also welcome. This class aims to give professionals at all levels the most up to date foundation for understanding SEO.
