The £188.8 million Library of Birmingham is one of the UK’s most exciting new cultural projects, the largest ever capital development of a new public library in Europe and will welcome around 4 million annual visitors when it opens in September 2013. Rebecca and Tom will talk about the digital strategy which is at the heart of the new service and an exciting new App platform which they want to develop in partnership with other organisations in the cultural sector.
