Andrew Hoppin, who was named as one of the top "Government CIO 50" by InformationWeek (recognition of leading CIOs in federal, state, and local government) and the first CIO of the New York State Senate in the United States, will be talking about his experience implementing open-source "Gov 2.0" and “OpenGov” software solutions and strategies for governments. He will also share with us his experience while serving as a government forward-thinking CIO executing the agenda to radically improve government transparency, citizen participation and operational efficiency.
