It’s not always an easy question to answer, but after 4+ years of the measurement lab collecting over 400TB of network performance data from over 3 million clients, we can now answer truly answer this vexing question. In this plenary, Google’s Chris DiBona will share some of the more interesting results from the project and tell you how you too can use and crunch this data.
