All participants get together to meet each other and collaboratively make a schedule for the next day. Whether you're interested in giving a demo of your work, debating issues around research and publishing, speaking about side projects you're working on - this is the time to propose your ideas over drinks and snacks. At the end of the night, we'll have the complete schedule for the next day.
