Please join us for the fourth annual SXSW Found Type Photowalk. As in previous years, our plan is to meet in the lobby of the Hilton Austin (close to the escalators) and depart around 10:00 am. We may head west toward Congress Avenue and wander south across the bridge over Town Lake—or maybe we’ll see what strikes our fancy. Let’s see what lettering and typography lurks beyond the downtown core, shall we? All photographers and types of equipment (including iPhone toting, Instagram users) are welcome.

The social media challenges of a large enterprise are unique from those of a startup. For example: what are often "simple" person-to-person tasks at a startup do not necessarily scale when they are administered in a company of over 1,000 employees. This meetup is designed to bring both employees of large enterprises, as well as the agencies who work with them, together to share advice, tips and make connections.

The cloud juggernaut keeps moving into just about every aspect of business. Well here’s another one Web Access Management…or how to get the right applications to the right people at the right time. So before this whole cloud thing gets to be more of a fog; access management is important because it equals security. Want to learn more, well that’s what this meetup’s all about. A chance to get some industry gurus together as well as some people who are trying to connect the dots between the applications and users in the cloud, without the lame audience polls and death by PowerPoint. So let’s meet, let’s talk, let’s network and maybe even solve some problems about all things access: identity management, authentication, single sign-on, user management, etc. in the cloud. See you there.
