• CrossFit Meet Up

  First ever CrossFit Meet Up at SXSW! CrossFit is the world's fastest growing fitness phenomenon and is well suited for the SXSW festival. This is a great opportunity to meet with crossfitters from all around the world and exchange ideas regarding the business and competition. CrossFit gyms are beginning to spring up all over the globe and the community of athletes they represent grows every day. SXSW falls right in the middle of the 5 week CrossFit Games Open Competition, the preliminary stop on the road to crown the fittest man and woman alive. CrossFit, the "Sport of Fitness," has grown from 70 participants in 2007 to more than 50,000 participants in this year's Open Competition and a grand prize of $250,000. This Meet Up will provide a medium to meet new friends, business partners or fellow competitors.
