Today's Facebook and Twitter generation expect their applications to be as easy and enjoyable to use as consumer applications. As the cloud evolves, our design process must evolve with it. What does the enterprise user experience design process look like today and where is it going? Craig Villamor is Principle Design Architect at Salesforce.com where he specializes in mobile and emerging technologies. Craig recently led the design of Do.com, named one of RWW's top consumer cloud apps of 2011 and Chatter Mobile, recognized by Apple's App Rewind as the top business app of 2011. Craig is also a champion of Agile UX and collaborative design. Prior to Salesforce.com, Craig was a Senior User Researcher at eBay, Director of UX at Monster.com, and co-founder and Director of UX at HiringTools.com.
