COO, Maker Studios Courtney Holt serves as COO at Maker Studios, a next-generation media company that bridges the gap between YouTube and television. Courtney brings extensive entertainment and music industry knowledge and relationships to Maker Studios, as well as a deep experience engaging new audiences and creating innovative marketing opportunities. Most recently, Courtney served as an advisor to News Corp. Digital and as president of Myspace Music, a joint venture between Myspace, The EMI Group, SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT, Universal Music Group, Warner Music Group, and Sony ATV. Prior to Myspace Music, Courtney was executive vice president of digital music for the MTV Networks Music & Logo Group where he oversaw all digital initiatives for the company's MTV, VH1 and CMT music brands, as well as Logo Group. Courtney was responsible for identifying ways to further engage audiences across a spectrum of touch points, expanding the reach of the music brands online and content syndication. Before joining MTV Networks, Courtney was head of new media and strategic marketing at Interscope Geffen A&M. Before the 1999 merger of Interscope Geffen A&M, he served as vice president of new media for A&M. Earlier in his career, Courtney was director of video production for Atlantic Records, where he introduced the concept of shooting live performances for electronic press kits and enhanced CDs and was responsible for some of the earliest artist broadcasts on the Internet. Courtney began his career in the early 1990s as a freelance producer and director of music videos and commercials. Courtney holds a B.S. in Film from Boston University.

Dan Rollman is co-founder and president of RecordSetter, a digital media company The Next Web calls "this generation's Guinness World Records." Built on a belief that everyone can be world's best at something, RecordSetter has over 12,000 user-generated world records submitted from more than 60 countries. Rollman is also creator of The Sabbath Manifesto (http://www.sabbathmanifesto.org/), a project designed to carve out a weekly unplug within our increasingly digital lives. The Manifesto has generated dialogue and action amongst religious communities worldwide, and received coverage from CNN, The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times. In his previous career, Dan was an Emmy Award winning copywriter, with two Super Bowl commercials and a billboard that enraged the province of Saskatchewan to his credit. He lives in Brooklyn, New York.
