Charles is an internet and digital media professional with investing and operating experience across a range of seed stage, private venture-backed and publicly traded technology companies. Charles currently leads games, social networking and mobile application partnerships for Google’s mobile advertising business. Prior to Google, Charles was on the business development team at AdMob; he also helped launch Boomerang Networks, a virtual currency monetization startup catering to facebook game developers; and was previously an associate with TriplePoint Capital, where he was involved with the firms investment in Facebook, Acclaim Games (acquired by Playdom/Disney), TwoFish (acquired by LiveGamer) and QuickHit Sports (acquired by Majesco Entertainment).
