How do we make sure that we are all in the same boat and the destination is correct without wasting time on disagreements about deeply held views? A3 thinking allows a software team/organization to build a common language, conduct experiments, minimize risk and speed up time to market.
When we are able to focus on customer behavior and measurements instead of defending our opinions we open up possibilities for problem solving and innovation.
We will look at real life cases of software companies that have improved their sales, efficiency and customer satisfaction results by using simple tools for setting strategies and helping companies learn and improve by cooperating and following through on all levels.
After the talk the participants will know:
- why it makes sense to discuss data instead of opinions
- how to improve the efficiency of their software projects through a common understanding among all participants
- how to identify root causes and solve problems effectively
