Impact Mapping: New frontier for agile planning

A session at Topconf Tallinn 2012

Friday 2nd November, 2012

10:45am to 11:30am (TMT)

Impact Mapping is an emerging technique for strategic planning and project road-maps, incredibly fast and effective. It facilitates many great ideas of agile and lean product planning, including limiting work in progress, lean start-up build-measure-learn cycles and focusing on delivering value. In this presentation, Gojko Adzic introduces Impact Mapping and explains how it fits in with popular software processes.
