This fast paced session will provide real insights into what delegates are doing within their own institution to manage expectations. Attendees to the event will each be invited to present a short session of 20 slides, each slide lasting only 20 seconds.
Each presentation will last just 6 minutes and 40 seconds, showcasing initiatives to manage and meet customer expectations, before the next presenter takes to the stage.
The session obviously relies on active delegate participation so may we encourage you to fully contribute to this session!
