This workshop will cover delivering a great and efficient UX experience across multiple marketplaces. Understanding your customers and markets, and dispelling a few mis conceptions around how customers research,select and transact online in countries around the globe.

It will also cover how to make the best use of personas and mental models to help get great global UX experiences built, to increase conversion, centralise UX exprertise, save money and make your boss/clients happy.
